SLOW COOKER ROAST (SPICY)

3 TO 4 Pound Chuck or Blade Roast
1 Medium Yellow Onion (chopped)
1 JAR LEGENDRY HOT SLASA
1 Can Cramof Mushroom Soup

This is a good low cost of meat.  Put roast in slow cooker first and plce the other ingredients on top.  Put cooker on medium or low.  Can cook for up to 10 hours (use 8 hours for basics, but I have had to leave it for 11 one time and it was Good).



LAURI'S BLOODY MARY

1 JAR TEXAS RANCH SAUCE
1 larage can tomato juice
1/4 cup Volka
Lemon (to taste)
Celery stalks to garnish and stir

Mix all ingaredients with ice, shake well.
Serves 4


CHICKREN RANCHATORE (OR RANCH ITALIAN)

3 1/2 pound chicken
1 JAR MILD OR HOT LEGENDARY SALSA
1 cup mushrooms (thinly sliced)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
spaghetti (cooked)
