Cowboy  Candy Shooters

1/2 jar Cowboy Candy (drained)
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
1 tablespoon real Mayonaise
6 Slices Thick Bacon
12 toothpicks

Mix together Cowboy Candy, Cheese, and Mayonaise in food processor
Form in balls about 2 inches (size of small meat ball). Wrap each ball with 1/2 strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.  Freeze for `1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 to 400. Place ball on oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or bacon is medium crisp.  Serve warm but good the next day too.


Cowgirl Candy does Super Bowl

1/3 Jar Cowgirl Candy - Drained
1 Cup Finely Shredded Sharp Cheese
1 large square - cream cheese
2 Green Onion - Chopped
1 Cup - Chopped Pecan (toasted if you have the time)

Mix first 5 items together and form in log shape.  Roll in pecans.  Serve with Wheat Crackers.


COLD NIGHT CHILI (Mild and so good!)

1 package lil tug's chili
1 jar mild ledgendary salsa
1 8 to 12 oz. can of tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
4 cups of water
3 tablespoons salt
3 lbs. lean chuck beef (chili grind)
1/2 teaspoon garlic (fresh is super)

Brown meat, add all other ingredients and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on low boil.  Cut fire and let set for 20 minutes. Re-heat if needed before servcing.  Also brown meat and put all in Crock Pot on low for up to 8 hours. 
Serve with green salad and garlic bread.  A little grated cheese on top is nice. 


WHH Ranch Cheese/Cowtown Biscuits

Dough
1 1/4    lbs Bisquick baking mix
3    ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
10    ounces cold water
3 tablespoons finely chopped Cowtown Candy
Butter topping
1/2    cup butter, melted
1    teaspoon garlic from Cowtown Candy Bottle
1/4    teaspoon salt
1/8    teaspoon onion powder
1/8    teaspoon dried parsley

Roll on floured surface and use biscuit cutter.
Bake in 400 in pre-heated for 20 mintures or until goldend Brown on top. Brush top with Butter mixture and serve.
   


Cowboy Candy Pizza

1/2 jar Cowboy Candy (drained)
1 small square Cream Cheese - chopped in small cubes
1 cup sharedded sharp cheese
3 tablespoons chopped Green Onion

Buy a large or extra large canadian bacon Pizza. Add the above indgredients and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
