Mari's Egg Salad

8 Hard Boiled Eggs
Small Vadalia Onion Chopped 
Zatarain 
1/3 cup Creole Mustard
1/3 cup Mayo
Paul Prudhomme Vegetable Seasoning© to taste
1/3 cup Cowgirl Candy™

Chop boiled eggs in food processor.
Add remaining ingredients.
Serve over toasted jalapeno cheese bread with a slice of tomatoe. Great!!!

4    avocados
1    tablespoon medium salsa
1    tablespoon sour cream
1    tablespoon mayonnaise
1    teaspoon onion powder
1    teaspoon pepper
1    teaspoon salt
1    teaspoon minced garlic
1-2    teaspoon lemon juice
    fresh chives or green onions, chopped

3    ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
11    ounces cold water
Garlic Spread

1    shallot, minced
3    garlic cloves, minced
1 (10    ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (6    ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
10    slices bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled

2    cups sour cream
