It is our wish at the WHH Ranch Company that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us.
1) All sales are final. We are more than happy to offer exchange or credit for all our products.
2) If you believe your product has been damaged in shipping, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE! Refuse the shipment. You may have to return the package to the shipping company (Post Office, UPS, FedEx) and contact us. As soon as the package returns we will reship your order, or exchange it more products of equal or lesser value, your choice of course.
3) Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. On instances of damaged or defective merchandise, the WHH Ranch company will pay to reship products to the customer. The Customer is responsible for the postage/shipping for the return or the damaged/defective merchandise. |
